Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

Can I reach you after hours?
Yes, we are available for emergencies and urgent calls after normal business hours. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, our preferred method of sending funds to our Owners is through direct deposit. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
The brokers in the office sign the lease for you. The blank lease is available on the website to view. We are happy to email you a copy of the signed lease upon request. -
Do you sell real estate too?
No, we are a full property management company. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Via ACH. All proceeds are delivered the first day of the following month. -
How is rent collection handled?
Rent is collected through the resident portal or dropped off at the office. Rent is due on the 1st of the month. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Our leases are typically 12 months long depending on the time of year they start. Most leases start May, June, or July. If they start later in the year, such as, October, September, or December they will end July 31. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. We do charge an additional deposit if the resident has pets. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Our team can start managing as quickly as you would like! -
What type of properties do you manage?
Armadillo manages an assortment of single family homes, condos, townhomes, and multi family properties. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Armadillo provides our owners with Monthly income and expense reports. -
Who holds the resident security deposit?
Armadillo holds the security deposit in our Property Management Trust account
